As the 2019 general elections is fast approaching with electrifying political revelations and perceptible victory for the divine mandate carrier - His Excellency Deacon Udom Emmanuel of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)
Akwa Ibomites should not forget that the series of reported kidnappings and assassinations we used to read on the pages of newspapers and in the televisions before the emergence of Gov. Udom Emmanuel as the chief Executive of the State is now in the archive of political trends having encountered in the State. The tenure of Deacon Udom Emmanuel has resuscitated a breath of fresh air.
The terrific and palpable apprehensions that surrounded the political arena when reflecting on the attempted annihilation of our democratic system in Akwa Ibom State vis-a-vis frequent and conspicuous adoption of "Hitler's Invasion" method by our Former Governor, Senator G. O. Akpabio is one salient reason we must reawaken our political consciousness to ensure we are not caged politically.
Whilst we watch and observe keenly the activation of their Hitler's invasion, It is imperative to note that we in Akwa Ibom State are now more enlightened and aware hence this elections is concern.
One moral question i wish to ask is:
Are you or would you rather be comfortable to deprive yourselves, children, relatives and love ones from walking the path of peace? Does your conscience permit you to embrace and support another orchestrated tsunamic "Hitler's invasion" in Akwa Ibom State when we have our PVCs to decide between "Hitlers Invasion" and "Divine Mandate"?
