AKHA 2019: AKPANUSOH IS OUR CHOICE FOR STATE ASSEMBLY SEAT - Ibeno Chapter chairman, Hon. Emma Ibok.

The chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ibeno Local Government Chapter, Hon. Emma Ibok has restated his support for the actualization of the re-election bid of the incumbent lawmaker, Dr. Usoro Akpanusoh.

The chapter chairman gave the remarks today while welcoming Akpanusoh who visited him to formally declare his re-election interest.


Dr. Akpanusoh in his statement said he is encouraged and thankful to the party's leadership for the support he has enjoyed. Akpanusoh reiterated his loyalty to the umbrella party reassuring the chapter chairman of his fervent determination to consistently represent his constituency by providing purposeful representation.

The lawmaker also received the blessings and endorsement of the councilor representing Ibeno ward three, Hon. Ikpe Ebrewong and that of the ward Vice Chairman for ward seven Mr. Edu Adudiang.



Mr. Ibok, in his response noted that the people of Esit Eket / Ibeno State Constituency have experienced uniterupted peace and rewarding representation within the three years period of Akpanusoh in the State Assembly.


He acknowledged the landmark record and contributions of the state legislator towards the growth and unity of the state and constituency stating that the lawmaker remains the choice for Ibeno PDP come 2019

The chapter chairman further encouraged the lawmaker to remain resolute in his legislative responsibilities saying that one good term deserves another.

"my blessings to you as the party chapter chairman is that you will succeed again, you have the votes of Ibeno because we want to largely benefit from your impactful legislation".

Dr. Akpanusoh was accompanied by Hon. Urua Akpe, former chairman, forum of PDP ward chairmen in Akwa Ibom State.
