Ireportersng reports that according to a source who wants to be anonymous, describe the action as a plot meant to cripple the state from impacting positively in the lives of the people, so as to render the state government inept in the eyes of the electorate.
The report further alleged that it is engineered by Senator Godswill Akpabio, who is defecting today to the All Progressive Congress (APC), to deprive Governor Emmanuel of funds ahead of the 2019 elections.
