Governor Emmanuel who said this in Uyo when organisers of the 2018 DAAR awards presented him with a letter of nomination as the 2018 south governor of the year added that it would spur him to do more for his people.
The DAAR awards organising committee led by the executive director, special projects, John Iwarue was in government house, Uyo to officially notify Governor Udom Emmanuel and explain his choice as the 2018 south governor of the year that he attributed to his outstanding performance in the state.
Receiving the delegation, Governor Udom Emmanuel dedicated the award to Akwa Ibom people and said it would serve as an elixir for greater performance.
The DAAR award, which is in its third edition, will hold this Saturday, January 19 at the international conference centre, Abuja.
