Citing events in the past few days especially with the APC's scripted cries of Malpractice against them and obvious desperate move to blackmail resident electoral commissioners of INEC as part of their rigging game plans, we therefore believe that this plan move is to steal the people's mandate at all cost.
We call on INEC
to resist any form of pressure to alter the independence of INEC at this critical stage of one of the most anticipated keenly contested election in Nigeria history
It is on record that Prof Yakubu promised the people of Nigeria and the international community that the elections will be free, fair and credible so as to deepen Nigeria's democracy.
