Human Capacity Development: INOYO TORO FOUNDATION set to develop next Nollywood stars in Akwa Ibom






part of its contributions to human capital development, The InoyoToro Foundation in partnership with Royal Arts  Academy, has introduced another human capacity initiative aimed at placing Akwa Ibom at the top of the chart in the nation's entertainment industry. The foundation, in partnership with  Royal Arts Academy is set to commence a training program for those interested in the movie and entertainment industry.


A statement by the Foundation made available to newsmen indicates that the Royal Arts Academy, a renowned social service provider committed to capacity development in the performing arts (the movie industry) will commence its operations in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State and will be providing training in script writing, editing, movie directing, cinematography, acting and presentation.

According to the statement, participants would be put through practical film making sessions and will be attached to reputable institutions to sharpen their skills in film making and other related activities.

The training which is billed to commence by the end of January, 2020 is offered in certificate courses spanning a period of 3 months.

According to the release, Inoyo Toro Foundation "is always happy to partner with individuals and Organizations in developing human capacity of Akwa Ibom indigenes.  Inoyo Toro Foundation, since its inception over 12 years ago, has made remarkable contributions in this area by organizing different capacity development initiatives for teachers and students of public schools".
