God created man in His own image and endowed him with the capacity to do and undo. He has no special race He favours to perform better while others can not.
Here in Akwa Ibom state, His Excellency, Mr. Udom Emmanuel is blessed with a workaholic commissioner in his cabinet. He is Mr Ephraim Inyangeyen, the Honourable Commissioner for Works . Mr Inyangeyen is celebrated as one of the most effective commissioners in Akwa Ibom State.
In just one month Akparawa Inyangeyen has proven to the world again, that, he has the capacity to deliver at anytime, any day. He is a miracle worker in terms of dedication and making things to happen.
Putting his critics to shame in all ramifications, he is not relenting in his superlative performance model.
Akparawa Inyangeyen has broken the records again by delivering the world class isolation Centre in Uruan Local Government Area on time as directed by his Boss, Mr. Udom Emmanuel.
The isolation centre started with the demolition of old structures on Wednesday April 6th, 2020 and work on the construction of a new structure commenced on Thursday 7th April, 2020.
The four big wards isolation centre accommodates 75 beds. Each ward has five bathrooms and five furnished toilets for a patients.
Other facilities are doctors quarters, one storey building that has 20 ensuite rooms, 10 rooms up and 10 rooms down with separate toilets and bathrooms.
The Laboratory Hall is well equipped with toilets and bathrooms.
Washing room and stores for the administrative staff.
One bedroom flats well furnished for the Medical Director/Administrator and a Power House for a 150kva generator.
The 300 bed units Isolation centre is reputed as the best in Nigeria, according to some visitors from the State and outside the State, who have visited the site during construction.
Some visitors poured out their minds to commend the zeal of the Hon. Commissioner for works, Akparawa Inyangeyen for the close supervision and delivery of the good works by the state governor.
His goodwill has enable him to mobilize corporate social responsibility support from some construction firms in the state to facilitate the timely completion of the project with solid foundation that will stand the test of time.
Akparawa Inyangeyen has brought passion to bear through his work by supervising the project day and night without a break or getting tired.
This has made him to achieve the goal within the deadline given by the state governor.
The magnitude of work and speed at the centre is unbelievable.
The speed of the isolation centre marvels some who were saying that it was a scam.
Akparawa Inyangeyen has shown both in words and action throughout his assignments that he carries out his duties with unparalleled dedication.
His magic wand in expediting this project is second to none.
With this level of dedication and commitment by Mr Inyangeyen, the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel is sure to make Akwa Ibom State a destination.
