BREAKING: Court of Appeal siting in Port Harcourt, strikes out Uche Secondus’ Appeal.

The Court of Appeal siting in Port Harcourt, has struked out Uche Secondus’ Appeals against the Peoples Democratic Party from conducting its national convention.

 

The Court also granted the PDP a go ahead order to conduct her National Convention scheduled for 30-31 October, 2021.
