*EKET READY TO HOST GOV EMMANUEL, BEN UDOBIA ASSURES*


The deputy director general of the Divine Mandate Campaign Organization and political leader of Esit Eket local government area, Elder Ben Udobia has assured that everything is in place for a befitting hosting of the Governor by Eket Senatorial District on Monday.


 Speaking with newsmen while on an assessment visit to the venue of the ceremony, the Onna Township Stadium, Elder Udobia expressed optimism that all modalities needed to ensure a hitch-free occasion have been activated.


Udobia, who is the co-chairman of the central planning committee of the event, said the stadium which was expanded to accommodate over 80,000 supporters of the Governor said the security, health and other logistics services have been provided ahead of the ceremony.

He said it was easy for the people of the senatorial district and others from other parts of the country to reach the venue of the event, because of the network of roads put in place  through the infrastructural expansion programme of the Governor, adding that the people where ready to come out and endorse their worthy leader for a second term in office.
Explaining the choice of Onna Township Stadium, Elder Udobia maintained that it was a thing of joy that the Governor has chosen to cement his sports revolution programmes with the construction of a modern sports complex in Eket, adding that the numerous industries in the senatorial district also attest to Governor Emmanuel's love for the people.

He said further that the developments in the state under the governor, were not limited to his home district, as the other two senatorial districts had earlier endorsed and celebrated the Governor for his accomplishments across the state.
"I am looking forward to seeing a great show of support from every well meaning son and daughter of our senatorial district, as we roll out the drums and celebrate a leader who has truly made us proud."
