BREAKING! NSIMA, AKPABIO SHUNS PEACE ACCORD, VOWS TO INSTIGATE VIOLENCE

AKS APC GUBER CANDIDATE, MR. NSIMA EKERE

By Idara Ikpang

The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Nsima Ekere has shunned the ongoing peace accord organized by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, at Ibom Hall.

Nsima is said to have arrived the venue of the meeting two hours after the actual time, and attempted moving through the front door to the head table but was halted by the security agents for breach of protocol.

Nsima was redirected by the security agents to take the back door of the Ibom Hall into the auditorium but he angrily left the scene with a promise that he would instigate violence during the elections.

It can be recalled that the peace accord was slated for 10AM on Wednesday, 6 February, 2019 and presided over by the INEC Resident Electoral Commission, REC, Mr. Mike Igini.

An eye witness told this reporter that before 10AM, the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, other candidates of PDP and APC together with all the Service Chiefs in Akwa Ibom, were already seated in preparation for the truce meeting.

Nsima Ekere’s attitude may be further confirmation of his recent statement that he is mischievous and even his friends know about that.

The APC Governorship candidate's action should put security agencies on alert on his further plan to destabilize the state before and during the elections.
