The Uyo Capital City Development Authority (UCCDA) has reminded allottees of Ediene Ikot Obio Imo Estate also known as MARTHA VINEYARD who are yet to collect their reallocation letters to visit the Front Desk Office of the Authority, no. 10 Esuene Street, Uyo, for their reallocation letters on or before 4th November, 2019.
A statement signed by the Executive Chairman of the Uyo Capital City Development Authority, Otuekong Enobong Uwah, indicates that the notice which is final will only last for two weeks (14 working days) with effect from 16th October to 4th November, 2019.
Consequently, the statement has advised the affected allottees who are yet to take advantage of the ongoing exercise to note that any reallocation letter not collected at the expiration of the two weeks period will be revoked and same reallocated accordingly in the interest of the Public.
According to the statement, the allottees should note that the reallocation letters for revalidation and re-allotment of the aforementioned estate supersede and cancel previous allocations and claims to the title right.
