The National leadership of Labour Party (LP) have dissolved the Caretaker Committee of Akwa
Ibom state appointed on the 15 day of December 2020, and another Caretaker
committe appointed to run the aftairs of the party.
Members of the Caretaker Committee are as follows:
1. Lincoln Charles - Chairman
2. Ukeme Kongkor - Secretary
3. Edina Ukpong - Deputy Chairman 1
The new caretaker committe, headed by Comrade Lincoln Charles, is expected to provide effective leadership for the Labour Party in Akwa Ibom State by ensuring its growth and development in terms of membership drive, providing a voice for the voiceless, canvassing alternative government policies in line with the philosophy and ideology of Labour Party.
Accordingly, one of the major outcomes of this appointment is to work assiduously towards the conduct of congresses in the State.
