This picture was taken on one of the Sundays the Election Petition Tribunal decided to Sit in the year 2019 at Court Premises, Ikot Ekpene Road, Uyo.
Barr Emmanuel Enoidem appeared in the Tribunal a lawyer for PDP. He took on several witnesses on that day during the cross examination. I was shocked because I thought having left legal practice for some years for political office, he will not be able to effectively switch from political office to legal practice which is often the case in our clime. I was shocked over his performance in Court for PDP.
It was his sterling performance in Court that made Uwemedimo Nwoko, SAN to call for taking of the picture at the Valendar of the court. We were laughing over how he demolished via cross examination the well prepared and tutored evidence of the APC witnesses that testified that Sunday in the Tribunal.
Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem is an embodiment of Law and Politics. He is highly competent to represent Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District in the Senate.
